Ray Feindt
President /CEO
Ray has extensive experience in sales, marketing, HR and management, having an accomplished career of more than 18 years in the telecommunications industry. At the same time Ray worked in excess of 18 years (8 years full time vocationally) on the executive staff of a growing non-denominational Christian ministry in the Denver suburb of Littleton Colorado seeing it grow from a small group of people in 1988 to a thriving organization of over 1200 with an annual budget of over $2 million dollars and net assets of over $10 million dollars. Ray brings an experienced, consultative approach to growing the Ritesource Staffing client base and is a respected member of the community. His respect for people is seen in how the company treats its associates in every aspect of their career development. Originally from New York, Ray has lived in Colorado for 26 years, is married with one daughter and 2 grandchildren. When not working, Ray enjoys golf, his grandchildren and travel.

Landon Harmon
Vice President/CFO
Landon brings his personal experience as a business owner operating a successful Pizza business in his early twenties. He also worked for 7 years in the staffing industry in the Colorado market. Landon’s youth and energy, strength in the details and passion to succeed translate directly to the companies and associates he serves. His ability to focus on the bigger picture has helped him position Ritesource Staffing for ongoing success well into the future. Growing up in Colorado, specifically in the Denver Metro area has helped him shape his understanding of the Colorado Business Market. Landon is married with two children that take up most of his time while away from work. His love for his family, Colorado, and the friends he associates himself with are several reasons why Ritesource Staffing is the company it is today.
